Back in Business: After a Hiatus

We are back in business and look forward to sharing some amazing Carpe Diem content with you about the many treasures in the City of Angels and beyond. This is me enjoying one of my favorite activities for well being, a four mile beach walk in Santa Monica. Since, June 2015, I have lost 43 pounds adding this practice to my life and Don lost 24 pounds. The key is to walk in the morning pre eating. I have 11 more pounds to go and then I will be 51 pounds lighter!
